Delivery Time

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. Below are estimated delivery times for reference (business days, excluding weekends and holidays). Actual delivery times may vary based on the carrier and checkout display:

  • Australia & Europe (selected countries/regions): approx. 7–15 business days

Returns & Exchanges Window

Q: What is the time limit for returns and exchanges?
A: Please submit your return or exchange request within 30 days from the delivery date. After 30 days, we may not be able to process your return or exchange.

Q: What is your return and exchange policy?
A: You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. To ensure the item can be resold, returned items must be unworn, unwashed, odor-free, stain-free, undamaged, and include all original tags (if applicable) and original packaging (if applicable).

If you use our prepaid return label, a $10 return label fee will be deducted from your refund. If you choose to ship the return back yourself, return shipping costs are your responsibility (unless the return is due to our mistake, such as an incorrect/missing item or a quality issue).

Refund Timing

A: Once your return is received and passes inspection, we will issue your refund within 1–3 business days.
