Carriers

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer. Any delays will be noted on the order page or communicated via email.
Return Address
All returns must contact our Returns & Exchanges Customer Service at info@roviquea.com to obtain the return address. Packages sent without prior contact with our Returns & Exchanges Customer Service may not be accepted or processed.

Shipping Damage & Lost Packages
If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the item, and provide photos of the damaged packaging and products. We will verify the issue and, once confirmed, offer a free replacement or a full refund.
For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to investigate and provide a solution. You may be required to provide tracking details and relevant communication records as supporting evidence.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery failure, return to sender, additional fees, or delays.
Exception Handling
If there is any shipping issue (e.g., no tracking updates for an extended period, misdelivery, damage, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible via Contact Us and provide your order number and tracking number. We will assist in verifying the issue with the carrier.
